The information, readings, and guidance provided by MysticCore, including but not limited to astrological charts, tarot readings, and AI-generated text, do not constitute legal, medical, financial, psychological, or any other form of professional advice. We are not liable or responsible for any actions or decisions you make based on the information provided by the Service. You are solely responsible for your own choices and actions.

3. No Refunds Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the immediate, digital, and consumptive nature of the services provided (e.g., AI generation costs, API calls, and digital content delivery), we do not offer refunds for any purchases, including but not limited to one-time readings or subscription fees. Once a service is purchased or a subscription period is active, you are not eligible for a refund, proration, or credit of any kind.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. You must not use our AI services to generate hateful, abusive, or illegal content. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including the laws of Germany and the European Union, in no event shall MysticCore, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
